Questions about FAST Alerts
Do emails come from my domain?
On paid plans you can configure your own sending address, so alerts arrive from your brand rather than a third-party domain.
What counts as a notification?
One email to one subscriber. Collecting a subscriber costs nothing; only the alert you send is counted.
Does the Notify Me button work per variant?
Yes. Subscriptions are recorded against the specific variant, so someone waiting on a medium is not emailed when the large returns.
Can I see what people are waiting for before I reorder?
That is one of the more useful side effects. The dashboard shows recorded demand per product and variant, which is real purchase intent rather than a guess.
Will it match my store's design?
The button and email templates are both customisable, so they follow your typography, colours and tone.
